If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please send them back to us within 30 days for a no-questions-asked refund of the purchase price. RETURNS: As per our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, if you're not satisfied with any of our products, you must return those products within 30 days of receipt. A copy of the invoice must be included with all returns. Refunds are issued within 48 hours upon receiving returned items. Please allow 4-5 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. When returning items, please use UPS tracking or insured U.S. Mail to ensure proper delivery of your return. Please send all returns to our Distribution Centre and contact us by email to notify us of your actions.
As with other online businesses, shipping charges may not be refunded.
International Shipping Policy
Life Energy Products gladly ships outside the United States and Canada, however, if you are placing an order from any other country, you must agree to the following terms:- You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country's customs department we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States.
- International shipments (outside the US) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs officers.
- By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the customs form. Item description reads "Food Supplements-For Personal Use Only".
- If for any reason customs officials seize the package, we cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned to us undamaged and in their original condition. If the package is returned you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
